We understand things happen and plans change. That's why we've made our cancellation policy as flexible as we can.

Our homes book out well in advance, so we've made the following policy to protect you, other guests, and us as hosts.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, we will issue a 100% refund UNLESS you are within the following time frames:

• 61 days or more until your stay: 75% refund
• 31-60 days until your stay: 50% refund 
• 30 days or less until your stay: 0% refund 

HURRICANE POLICY:

Common foreseeable weather events and natural conditions are covered ONLY when they result in the event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER. You will receive a full refund of your trip only if the area you are renting in declares a mandatory evacuation. This is one of the main reasons we encourage every guest to purchase trip insurance.
